Hans Millet 1970–2025

This September, 12Antwerp hosts an exhibition celebrating the artistic legacy of Hans Millet, aka Snobfrax, a constant presence in Antwerp’s avant-garde and underground scene.
Millet’s transdisciplinary practice moved between collage, assemblage, video, installation and music, embracing the marginal, obscure and unexpected. His work brings together unease, fascination, absurdity, playfulness and vulnerability, a poetic search for humanity within an inhumane reality.
The opening coincides with a tribute on Radio Centraal, broadcast live from the gallery, as well as the release of Paradepferd by H. Millet and P. Putseijs on Rotkat Records.
